Bounce Back Classes
- These are a weekly one hour class over 8 weeks, specifically designed to strengthen the muscles of the abdominals, back and hips or the upper body and neck.
- It is run in a small group (6-8 people) and run by a physiotherapist and is ideal for someone who has failed to improve after gym or pilates programme.
